Made for Fine Homebuilding and Vicwest. Shown here as part of Andres's portfolio.
The job
Two films about steel siding for Fine Homebuilding: a how-to on putting it up, and a sponsored film for Vicwest about its Bellara steel siding on a high-performance home.
What we made
The how-to, above, shows how to cut and install steel siding and how it differs from vinyl. In the sponsored film, architect Emily Mottram talks about choosing materials and design with Vicwest’s siding.
How we made it
Andres was the director of photography and the editor, on site for every step of the install. He was freelancing then, before Fine Homebuilding hired him full time.
